Once the order is confirmed, we’ll get to work on your sapphire engagement ring design. When you’ve approved the final design, we use 3D modelling software to get everything just right before meticulously crafting your ring in our workshop.

Handcrafted items do take longer to reach you than mass-produced items. If you choose a design without alterations, it can take 2-3 weeks to complete the masterpiece. However, if you opt for a wholly unique, custom design, then it can take 4-6 weeks. Timing does depend on the length of time it takes to finalise the design, as well as sourcing some materials such as one-off gemstones.
