Returns & Exchanges

No change of mind refunds.

At Vinny & Charles, we believe in the quality of our work. Each piece is custom-made just for you. If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or does not meet the description provided, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. 


Returns & Exchanges

Please do get in touch with us as soon as possible if you experience any problems with your order.  

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of being received back in our workshop. Please allow up to 14 working days for the entire process to be completed. Normal manufacturing time will apply for exchanges.


Customised Orders

Custom, engraved or personalised orders, as well as sale items, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Payment Plans

Payment plan orders will be subject to a 10% restocking fee for change of mind returns.

Please ensure all pieces are returned via tracked mail.

We will cover any return shipping costs for defective items. Buyers are responsible for any return related shipping and customs charges due to change of mind. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Any damaged packaging will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or custom items cannot be refunded.

Please contact us before returning your item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
